We are dedicated to minimizing downtime and delivering exceptional service. With over 40 years of experience, our reputation for excellence has been recognized by leading insurance companies, manufacturers, and transport operators.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Production Workshop Management: oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management: ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.
  • Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration: ensure the site is operating profitability. Prepare and review P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, Management Reports by utilizing the tools provided to understand site performance.
  • Leadership and People Management: oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place. Proactively build and maintain positive work provider relationships.
  • Work Health and Safety (WHS): ensure that the site remains safe by maintaining the WHS management system, all WHS policies and procedures are followed, and safety incidences/near misses are immediately reported and actioned.
