As a Senior Tradesperson, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality construction projects for our clients. You will work closely with Site Managers to supervise a team of tradespeople and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day activities on site, ensuring the safety of the team and that works are completed defect-free.
  • Assist with the management of the construction program, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved.
  • Work collaboratively with industry-leading clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that exceed their expectations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Carpenter, including having a Certificate III in Carpentry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and motivate individuals to achieve their best.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
