Job Description

Parks and Open Space is responsible for managing areas and facilities that enhance the community's enjoyment of Council-developed spaces, catering to both passive and active recreational needs.

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in performing landscape maintenance within commercial centers, as well as minor repairs to infrastructure within these areas.

This role requires strong teamwork skills to deliver a safe environment for the community.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A valid General Construction Induction Card
  • A minimum C Class Driver's License with an excellent driving record, as you will be required to drive council vehicles to and from sites
  • A minimum 6 months' experience in parks & gardens, landscaping or horticulture
  • A Chemical Certificate or willingness to obtain one
