We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to support our residents in living their best lives.

The successful applicant will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing lifestyle programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives and be part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver personalized lifestyle programs that enhance the quality of life and well-being of our residents
  • Build strong relationships with residents, fostering social interaction and promoting a sense of community
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure resident-centered care and provide guidance to support workers
  • Monitor attendance and evaluate the effectiveness of lifestyle programs

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (Preferred but not essential)
  • Adaptable and willing to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • NDIS Workers screening clearance or ability to obtain
  • Current driver's license
