Service Delivery ExpertiseAs a seasoned service delivery expert, you will spearhead the seamless provision of services to valued clients. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our services are delivered with efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Spearhead user support activities while collaborating with senior colleagues to develop a comprehensive user support plan and deliver projects efficiently, resolving complex issues that meet user support standards.
  • Design and execute fault isolation and resolution strategies for complex challenges to minimize and address issues promptly.
  • Create and maintain intricate technical and/or user documentation to a high standard, ensuring information is accessible and available when problems arise.
  • Communicate strategic actions needed to implement the business strategy within the team.
  • Nurture relationships with internal clients and serve as the face of service delivery, building high levels of professional credibility and mutual trust.
About You:
  • Possess knowledge and working experience in ITIL accompanied by certification.
  • Hold an information systems equivalent degree.
  • Have a background in FMCG or Supply Chain / Logistics.
  • Exhibit expertise in incident management and ability to respond quickly.
  • Demonstrate capability to build rapport and manage stakeholder relationships both internally and with external vendors.
