Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Food Preparation Assistant to join our dynamic kitchen team.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments and take pride in supporting food service operations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with basic food preparation and kitchen duties, maintaining the cleanliness of kitchen equipment and storage areas, washing dishes and utensils, and ensuring correct stock rotation.

  • Prepare ingredients and assist with food preparation
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness standards
  • Wash and sanitize equipment and utensils
  • Support chefs and kitchen staff during service times
  • Foster a safe and healthy work environment
Key Requirements
  • Prior experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting an asset but not essential
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team
  • Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
