Seeking a qualified professional to contribute to teaching, learning, research and curriculum development in Indigenous health within the School of Nursing and Midwifery.

About the Role

This role actively supports the UTS Indigenous Education and Research Strategy by integrating Indigenous perspectives into nursing education, fostering collaboration within the Faculty of Health, and engaging with industry and community stakeholders to promote the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and Indigenous peoples internationally.

The successful candidate will be expected to lead and contribute to the strategic goals of the School, Faculty, and UTS through innovative teaching and learning strategies, impactful research, and meaningful engagement and partnerships.

About You
  • You have a Master's degree in nursing or a related field and are registered as a nurse or midwife with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • You have relevant, recent clinical and/or research and/or academic experience in nursing, particularly in Indigenous health.
