At Duratec Australia, we're seeking a skilled Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) professional to join our team as an HSE Advisor. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in championing the safety compliance effort on various projects across the Northwest.
About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic advocate for safety with the ability to influence others. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a HSE advisor role, specifically within another construction company and now looking to step into a larger main contractor.
- As an HSE Advisor at Duratec Australia, you'll be responsible for creating and implementing HSEQ documentation, advising and educating site personnel of legislative requirements and changes to comply with company procedures.
- You'll administer incident and hazard reporting processes and actions, conduct site inspections and audits, pre-starts and Toolbox meetings.
- Additionally, you'll coordinate training programs including the maintenance of competency standards, analyse HSEQ performance, reporting and system updates.
