About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Educator to join our team at YMCA Rochedale South Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Service. As an OSHC Educator, you will be responsible for the care and supervision of primary school children before and after school, as well as during school holiday periods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and supervision to children in a safe and supportive environment
  • Assist in planning and implementing engaging and educational activities for children
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of programs and services that meet the needs of children and families

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor degree in the field of children's services or a related field
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • A Positive Notice Blue Card
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
