Lead Product Designer for Global Trading Platform

A unique opportunity to lead a team of product designers focused on the Exchange division and guide the design strategy for products that power our global trading platform.
About This Role- The successful candidate will lead a team of product designers across mobile and web, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design quality and consistency across all touchpoints.
- Key responsibilities include driving the end-to-end design process from research and ideation to execution and validation, creating and contributing to product designs that set direction and align with strategic goals.
- Mentor and grow a team of product designers, fostering a user-centered design approach by conducting and guiding user research, usability testing, and synthesizing feedback into actionable insights.
- Presentation and advocacy skills are essential for senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- Ensure seamless delivery of design solutions that meet technical feasibility and product timelines.
- An active trader with 2+ years of experience in a top-tier trading team is required.
- Proven expertise in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing B2C digital product work.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing design teams with a focus on growth and collaboration.
