We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong understanding of Service Now to lead high-quality projects and services that meet customer expectations.
This role involves delivering technical deliverables to customers, leading hands-on solutions, and providing excellent trust-based relationships with client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver technical deliverables to customers, including design specifications documentation, considering out-of-the-box functionality, Service Now best practice standards, and customer requirements gathered through skilled technical and functional design workshops.
- Lead and deliver Service Now hands-on solutions (development, testing, and implementation) as an individual contributor or as part of a team to a high degree of satisfaction by the customer.
- Build excellent trust-based relationships and an impressive reputation with client stakeholders for accuracy and quality of delivery.
- Influence new engagements and opportunities within the client and communicate them to CSMs and account managers.
- Solve problems quickly and calmly and serve as the trusted escalation and support point for all teams engaged in the account, including vendors, management, other Enablers contributing to deliverables.
- Build technical and consulting capability in others around you by mentoring and coaching junior employees, as well as making hiring recommendations of new Enablers and participating in interviews.
- Demonstrated articulation of value of personal Service Now project delivery.
- Ability to provide platform insight and forward thinking on Service Now upgrades, new releases, future Service Now roadmap.
- Proven experience ensuring high-quality Service Now development.
- Proven experience with creating build documentation, solution designs, and detailed design specification documentation.
- Background with other hands-on development skills such as HTML, XML, JavaScript/AJAX, Integrations (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc).
- Ability to lead workshops as part of a team.
- Delivery of Service Now projects on multiple Service Now product lines.
- Ability to provide platform insight and forward thinking on Service Now upgrades, new releases, future Service Now roadmaps.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Service Now Mastery.
- IT Degree, relevant tertiary education in Computer Science or relevant experience.
- Service Now Sales & Messaging Foundation Accreditation.
- Service Now Sales or Presales Accreditation in 3+ Product Line.
- Service Now CSA.
- Service Now CIS x 3 - ITSM + HRSD + CSM.
- Service Now Pro Suite x 3- ITSM + HRSD + CSM.
- Service Now Pro Plus Suite x 2- ITSM + HRSD or CSM.
- Fujitsu People Leader Development Training as per region.
