Marketing Strategy Leader

This role plays a key part in shaping the direction of our marketing technologies and data analytics capabilities. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and evolution of our integrated marketing ecosystem, ensuring it meets the needs of the business and supports its growth objectives.

As a leader in this area, you will have a deep understanding of current and future user requirements, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation to drive adoption of new technologies and insights.

  • Champion the use of our marketing technologies and data by users, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support adoption.
  • Drive change management initiatives to empower end-users in their adoption of existing and new marketing technology and data driven insights.
  • Provide thought leadership to maintain the firm at the forefront of marketing technology and data analytics best-practice.
  • Oversee the delivery of marketing data analytics and reporting, focusing on delivering actionable insights that support go-to-market objectives.
  • Lead the team's capability to draw valuable insights from our marketing data.
  • Design and enhance marketing data infrastructure, working closely with IT to develop and evolve data integrations.
  • Manage the continuous improvement of the marketing technology stack, ensuring alignment with evolving business objectives.
