About the Role

As an Entry-Level Accountant, you will be part of a professional team dedicated to delivering high-quality accounting services. You will gain hands-on experience across various accounting and tax operations while being supported in your career growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with accounting and tax operations for SMEs, including Japanese global corporations and local businesses.
  • Use accounting software (e.g., Xero) and Microsoft Excel for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
  • Communicate with clients in both English and Japanese, building strong relationships and providing excellent service.
  • Support the team in financial operations, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related fields.
  • A strong interest in developing your career in accounting (CPA support provided).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a basic understanding of accounting software (training available).
  • Fluency in both English and Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • The ability to balance independent work with being a strong team player, showing excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
