Civil Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Civil Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and controlling multiple projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project schedules, scopes of work, and budgets to ensure timely delivery and adherence to safety and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present project reporting documentation on a daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis, highlighting project performance metrics and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, TfNSW, local councils, bus operators, and emergency services, to ensure effective communication and relationship management.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A background in Civil Construction with a Bachelor in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to organize and prioritize demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines, and follow through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands.
  • Previous experience in the project coordination of civil construction projects (essential).
  • Exceptional planning and organization skills, with the ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
