Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Social Worker to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing workplace rehabilitation services to help individuals return to work and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment, and home assessments to identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to develop and implement effective RTW plans
  • Design and implement programs to assist injured employees to return to the workforce
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, employers, and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Qualifications and registration in Social Work
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to travel and work in a variety of settings
