Leasing Consultant Opportunity">

We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic property group. In this role, you will be responsible for handling rental enquiries, conducting open homes and inspections, and managing lease sign-ups.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to rental enquiries via email and phone
  • Conduct open homes and inspections to showcase properties to potential tenants
  • Perform routine inspections and work on Saturdays to ensure properties are well-maintained
  • Prepare properties for online advertising to attract new tenants
  • Manage lease sign-ups and prepare lease packs for tenants
  • Undertake administrative duties as required
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A current Real Estate Certificate is essential for this role
  • You will need your own car and a valid driver's license to travel to various locations
  • Previous real estate experience is desirable but not essential
  • You must have strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients
  • A professional and confident manner is essential for success in this role
