We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in managing contracts with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring contract compliance, facilitating communication, and supporting the smooth operation of projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:- Review, prepare, and manage contracts related to sales, procurement, and project agreements.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate contract negotiations and amendments.
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation.
- Monitor contract performance and deadlines, ensuring timely renewals, modifications, and closures.
- Assist with risk management and dispute resolution when necessary.
- Provide administrative support to the project and procurement teams.
- Proven experience as a Senior Contract Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, terms, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail with strong analytical abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Competitive salary range: AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum.
