Job Overview:

This role plays a pivotal part in managing contracts with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution from start to finish.

Main Responsibilities:

• Review, prepare, and administer contracts related to sales, procurement, and project agreements.

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate contract negotiations and amendments.

• Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation.

• Monitor contract performance and deadlines, ensuring timely renewals, modifications, and closures.

• Provide administrative support to the project and procurement teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of contract law, terms, and best practices.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Attention to detail with strong analytical abilities.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
