Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled customer service professional to join our team. Based in Canning Vale, you will serve as a point of contact for clients with queries about products, orders & deliveries and provide support for internal sales representatives.

The ideal candidate will have high-level organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales force with general administrative duties to help achieve team objectives
  • Maintain accurate client and job records
  • Perform data entry and database maintenance tasks
  • Build relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Maintain internal team relationships and communicate effectively
  • Manage order delivery dates and stock allocations
  • Liaise with internal divisions such as procurement, warehousing and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly and efficiently
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
  • Competent in Excel and other Microsoft suite products
