About the Role:
  • Our organisation is looking for a dedicated individual to provide family support services tailored to the needs of children, young people and their families.
  • Deliver intensive interventions including parenting strategies and coaching on practical life skills to empower families.
  • Support access to community resources, education and employment pathways for improved outcomes.
  • Conduct home visits and engage in early intervention strategies to enhance safety and wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver wrap-around support.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and case notes according to legislative and organisational requirements.
Requirements:
  • Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness and eligibility to obtain prior to commencement.
  • Flexibility to work across a full shift pattern (mornings, evenings and sleepovers).
  • Valid Driver's Licence and vehicle access.
  • Relevant qualification such as a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or Certificate IV in Community Services, Youth/Social Work, etc. and relevant experience working with young people/children.
  • Previous experience in related fields such as Family Support, Child Safety, Family Development and other Family-related roles.
