">As a Junior Finance Assistant, you will be an integral part of our Home Care Finance Team. You will work closely with the team to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial information is available.
">This role will involve supporting the Business Managers and Customer Relationship Managers in the IRT Home Care Team. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication channels between Shared Services, customers and employees.
">You will take ownership of administrative tasks and support the Finance Team Leader and IRT Home Care team to streamline processes and strengthen communication channels.

">Requirements
">Certificate III in Business Administration (nice to have). Experience in a health setting - communicating with customers (nice to have). Admin experience. Outstanding customer service skills - verbal and written. Understanding of financial principles. Ability to demonstrate problem-solving abilities. Great organisational skills. Ability to work collaboratively and be self-motivated.
