Key Financial Support Role

The Finance Team relies on your support to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Your role is instrumental in helping the team deliver exceptional results.

This position involves:

  • Processing accounts payable invoices for accurate data entry into the accounting system, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Reconciling subsidiary ledgers to the general ledger, identifying discrepancies and resolving them promptly.
  • Preparing monthly journals and general journals, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Calculating and preparing accounts receivable invoices for billing, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Providing administrative duties as required, supporting the Finance Team's operational needs.

This is a part-time position consisting of 22.8 hours per week, offering a unique opportunity to balance work and personal life while making a significant contribution to the Finance Team's success.
