This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled audit professional to join our client's External Audit division. The role offers a 'soft landing' with a portfolio of existing clients and opportunities for growth.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the success of the external audit team, managing a portfolio of clients, coaching auditors, and identifying growth opportunities within their network and the firm's network.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of audit clients with ongoing growth mandates.
- Coach and mentor a team of auditors to ensure they have the necessary skills to deliver high-quality audits.
- Identify and explore opportunities for growth within your network and the firm's network.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Contribute to the strategic decision-making process.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in external audit, preferably in a large consulting environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A strong network within the local market.
- Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of audit clients.
- Permanent working rights in Australia.
