Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal/ Associate Director Structural Engineer specialising in ports and marine facilities to join our team. This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and excellence in marine infrastructure projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee complex structural engineering projects for ports and marine facilities, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international maritime regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions and manage client relationships.
  • Drive innovation in structural design, oversee quality control processes, and contribute to the company's thought leadership through publications and presentations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in structural engineering, with extensive experience in ports and marine projects.
  • Recognised qualification (Associate Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering Technology or Similar).
  • Proven project management and design experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
  • Track record of technical expertise delivering Ports and Marine projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of structural engineering principles and practices, particularly in marine environments.
