A seasoned structural engineer is required to lead complex projects for ports and marine facilities.

About the Role

This strategic leadership position offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and excellence in marine infrastructure projects across the region.

  • Oversee structural engineering projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and compliance with local and international maritime regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Drive innovation in structural design, oversee quality control processes, and contribute to the company's thought leadership through publications and presentations.

The following qualifications and experience are highly desired:

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in structural engineering, with extensive experience in ports and marine projects.
  • Recognised qualification (Associate Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering Technology or Similar).
  • Proven project management and design experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
  • Track record of technical expertise delivering Ports and Marine projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of structural engineering principles and practices, particularly in marine environments.
