Media and Broadcast Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Media and Broadcast Coordinator to join our team for the AFC Women's Asian Cup 2026. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a prestigious international football tournament and contribute to its success.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with the LOC Broadcast and Media Operations Officer to deliver high-quality media and broadcast services during the tournament. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with media operations teams to provide facilities and services in shared spaces as required.
  • Handling queries from RTVs, media and NRHs regarding wayfinding, access, transport, media inquiries, filming permits and frequency licensing.
  • Supporting the implementation of agreed plans and levels of service in media and broadcast areas of the stadium.
  • Providing support for media operations in venue-specific training sites on match day-1.
  • Assisting with media operations for team welcome ceremonies if required.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and maintain discretion and confidentiality.

Key Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Media and/or broadcast knowledge through similar experience in the same field.
  • A high level of flexibility to meet rapidly changing priorities and variable working duties.
  • The ability to sustain high-level performance and problem-solving with limited supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
  • Analytical skills, ability to pay particular attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfort working with people from different nationalities, languages and cultural backgrounds.

This is a contractor role working on a tournament time roster during February-March 2026. Based in the Stadium Media Centre (SMC), the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of tournament time media and broadcast services in stadiums and at match day -1 training sites.
