Job Title

We are seeking a dedicated Media and Broadcast Operations Coordinator to join our team for the AFC Women's Asian Cup 2026.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of tournament time media and broadcast services in stadiums and at match day training sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Media Operations venue team and Broadcast Operations venue teams from AFC and AFG to ensure seamless delivery of facilities and services.
  • Handle queries from RTVs, Media & NRHs regarding wayfinding, access, transport, media inquiries, filming permits, frequency licensing, and local knowledge of the host city.
  • Support the LOC Broadcast & Media Operations Officer, AFC Media Officer, AFC Broadcast and Infotainment Manager, and AFG Broadcast Manager in implementing agreed plans and services in the Media and Broadcast areas.

Requirements:

  • Media and/or Broadcast knowledge through similar experience in the same field.
  • High level of flexibility to meet rapidly changing priorities and variable working duties.
  • Ability to sustain high performance and problem-solving with limited supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
  • Analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Comfort working with people from different nationalities, languages, and cultural backgrounds.
  • Ability to work under pressure, remain calm, and composed.
  • Knowledge of and experience working with Microsoft 36.

Offside Conditions:

  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Working with children check (paid/employee) or state-based equivalent.
  • International Criminal History Record for each country (other than Australia) where you have resided for 12 months or more in the last 10 years (if applicable).
  • Out of hours and weekend work as required.
