EI&C Project Director

The role of a senior electrical, instrumentation and control project lead is to oversee the delivery of high-quality solutions across various sectors. This involves guiding junior engineers in developing complex projects from conception to completion.
- Developing project plans and scopes of work (SOW) to meet client needs.
- Reviewing designs for HV/LV, instrumentation and control systems to ensure they meet technical specifications.
- Coordinating with vendors, subcontractors and clients to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Providing technical guidance and acting as the design focal point for clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Instrumentation & Control Engineering from a reputable institution.
- 8+ years' experience in EI&C engineering, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
- RPEQ (Electrical) registration and a valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication, leadership and project coordination skills.
- Eligibility to work in Australia and a willingness to relocate if required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HV/LV, SCADA, PLCs and field instrumentation.
- Ability to work effectively in hybrid and remote teams.
- TUV certification and SIL 3 experience.
- Expertise in BESS concept design, PowerCAD / ETAP.
