Opportunity for a Multidisciplinary Designer
">The Talent Mill is seeking an exceptional Creative Manager to join their team in Sydney. As a key member of the creative team, you will participate in conceptualizing, creating, art directing, and producing visual content that elevates design across digital, social, retail, and sales channels.
">This role offers a tremendous opportunity for creative influence on a successful brand. You will work closely with the cross-functional teams, including brand strategy, ecommerce, design, and sales teams, to develop compelling content strategies and programs aligned with the brand vision.
">Your responsibilities will include designing and producing digital content for websites and social networks, collaborating with eCommerce and Marketing to create high-quality content across priority owned and paid channels, and assisting in creating and distributing seasonal campaign assets across all global organic and paid social channels.
">You will also be responsible for developing animation, graphics, and font treatments/proposal for editorial and campaign assets, as well as supporting the Creative Director across content shoots, video shoots, and e-commercial shoots. Additionally, you will manage social media content and pre-approve all content created by the social media coordinator.
">We are looking for a designer with a standout portfolio showcasing multi-channel work, strong knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills. You should have a strong understanding of UX/UI best practices and be able to concept design solutions with limited direction.
">A highly creative and innovative individual with 5+ years of experience in a relevant role, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to make your mark in this role.
