Human Resources Advisor Position

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Advisor to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time role based at our offices.

The successful candidate will assist in delivering high-quality service by ensuring efficient processing of HR requests, accurate data management, and adherence to relevant policies and procedures.

In addition to providing exceptional customer service, the HR Advisor will be responsible for investigating, suggesting, and implementing process improvements for People and Learning related projects. They will also provide coaching, training, and day-to-day support to the HR team.

About You
  • You have experience working in a high-volume HR administration role.
  • You meet the below criteria:
  • Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following: HRIS, Human Resources, Payroll, Position Management.
  • A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in Human Resources or Business is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service principles.
  • Demonstrated experience in a healthcare environment is desirable.
  • Intermediate Microsoft package skills.
  • Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills across diverse audiences with an emphasis on detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills that inspire teamwork and approachable customer service.
  • Flexibility in adapting to changing priorities in a pressurized, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively both as a team member and individually.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to legislative and policy requirements.
