Flagship Assistant Store Manager

About the Role

This is a leadership position that supports the Store Manager in driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about leading high-performing teams, utilising data to inform strategic decisions, and consistently raising performance levels to support internal talent development.

Main Responsibilities
  • To leverage data insights to support operational decision-making, working closely with the Store Manager and District Manager to develop strategies for business expansion and sales conversion.
  • Drive a selling culture within the team to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and promote company values while motivating team members.
  • Consistently elevate the performance and capabilities of the team to support developing internal talent.
  • Implement a continuous improvement mentality within the team and collaborate with the wider team to achieve common goals.
  • To maintain a high-energy environment that delivers first-class customer service.
Requirements
  • 2-3+ years' experience in retail or store line management.
  • Prioritise excellent client service and experiential retail.
  • Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational, analytical, and business management skills.
  • Showcase strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and ability to influence team members at all levels.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, before/after store hours, and evenings.
