Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

• Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to drive sales growth

• Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and maintain a positive store environment

• Participate in training initiatives to develop leadership and management skills

• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives

• Monitor stock levels and inventory, and make recommendations to the management team on stock replenishment

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a leadership role
