About the Role

G4S Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team in the Court Services division. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of the courts and tribunals, as well as the people who attend them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to individuals entering the court
  • Conduct x-ray screening, use metal detectors, and search individuals for prohibited items
  • Roving security patrols within and external to the building
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation
  • Act as a first responder to any incidents that may occur
  • Manage access and control rooms
Requirements
  • Certificate II or III in Security Operations
  • Current Victorian security licence
  • Current first aid accreditation
