We're looking for a seasoned Service Solutions Architect to join our team.

About the Role

This is a key position that requires an individual with expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining service management solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth through innovative service offerings.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of service management principles, practices, and technologies. They will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a consumable service catalog of internal and external facing services
  • Develop knowledge articles to support request fulfillment of service offerings
  • Configure and maintain ServiceNow Portals and Catalog
  • Manage a backlog of work for the development and implementation of new catalog items and remediation of existing catalog items
  • Develop, test, and maintain ServiceNow components, integrations, and workflows capability
  • Configure ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure ServiceNow solutions are continuously cyber secure, fit for purpose, and achieving high levels of value from investment
  • Drive automation and orchestration to streamline ServiceNow operations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong understanding of service management principles and practices
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
