Manage complex workplace complaints and disciplinary matters for this agency effectively.

About the Role:

Support management and staff on workplace complaints, grievances, and disciplinary matters, internal reviews, external agency inquiries, and performance management issues.

Investigate complaints or reviews, advise, and recommend courses of action.

Develop policies and initiatives to promote a professional workplace culture.

Handle significant performance management issues efficiently.

About You:

Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Industrial Relations, Employment Relations, or Law.

Proven experience in a similar role.

Experience in HR, IR, ER, or a legal background is required.
