Job Title:

Senior Security Technology Project Manager

Job Description:

This role will lead the delivery of complex security projects and initiatives at the Fund.

  • The Senior Security Technology Project Manager will contribute to the enhancement of the Fund's control environment, buy-down security risk, and improving outcomes for members and colleagues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Proven expertise in leading complex technology projects within the security domain
  • Passion for motivating employees to drive exceptional business and individual performance, and an ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience in Financial Services, Investment Management and / or Superannuation
  • Experience delivering complex, technical projects and/or portfolio management in the security domain across medium to large matrix organisations
  • Experience in leading information and physical security initiatives to buy-down security risk
  • Awareness of cyber security industry frameworks and government guidelines
  • Hands-on experience in information technology roles e.g. Technology lead, architect, designer, developer, cyber analyst
  • Proven project and program management experience including strong skills in delivering initiatives utilising agile techniques
  • Tertiary qualification in an appropriately aligned field e.g. Finance, Science and/or Technology
  • Relevant certifications in project management, such as, Prince2 or PMP Agile certification
