Transportation Operations Co-ordinator

About the Role

This role involves coordinating daily schedules and vehicle requirements based on volume and demand.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the transport sector, preferably in refrigerated FMCG or pallets. They should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to think creatively when faced with problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Determining and arranging daily schedules and vehicle requirements
  • Liaising with customers for load requirements
  • Promoting a safe work environment
  • Ensuring key service objectives are met
  • Managing assets efficiently
  • Complying with legislative requirements
