Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team in South Australia.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Corporate Finance or a strong foundation in Business Advisory with an interest in Corporate Finance.

Responsibilities:
  • Assisting the lead partner with business sales and acquisitions including financial due diligence
  • Conducting business valuations to drive critical decision-making
  • Developing robust financial models, budgets, and forecasts
  • Supporting strategic business investigations and analysis
  • Preparing covenant reporting to commercial banks
  • Providing insightful, strategic advice to shape our clients' futures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • Approximately 3 years' experience in an accounting role
  • CA qualified or working towards CA qualifications (near finalisation)
  • Proficient in MS Excel and financial modelling
  • Ability to interpret Financial Statements
  • Professional, enthusiastic, and conscientious demeanor
  • Strong collaboration skills with team and clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Passionate about helping clients
