About Business Improvement

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Business Improvement Specialist. This individual will be responsible for analysing, engaging and delivering desired outcomes for the successful completion of projects and assigned initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with established project delivery frameworks and methodologies.
  • Overseeing continuous improvement initiatives within allocated business units.
  • Making recommendations to relevant business leaders.

About You

  • You hold a recognised Project Management qualification.
  • You have Agile Project Management certification & experience.
  • You hold Lean/CPS and 6Sigma Black Belt certification.
  • You have project management experience in Manufacturing/Mining/FMCG/Services.
  • You possess excellent planning, coordination, budgeting, and documentation skills.
  • You have strong business acumen with an understanding of financials.
  • You can effectively multitask.
  • You possess exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal) with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
  • You have experience in identifying and acting upon improvement initiatives.
