Family Violence Social Worker Roles

We are currently recruiting for social workers in Melbourne within the family violence area. Various locations around the South East and the Northern Suburbs.
Our ideal candidate will have a degree in social work/counselling or similar and experience in working with victims of violence or perpetrators. Strong skills in needs and risk assessments are also essential.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing counselling and therapeutic group work, case management and interagency cooperation, as well as risk and needs assessments. They will also work collaboratively with other team members and have opportunities for senior roles.

Selection criteria include a degree in social work/counselling or similar, experience in working with victims of violence or perpetrators, strong skills in needs and risk assessments, the ability to obtain a National Police Clearance, a valid VIC Driving Licence and a Working with Children Check.
