About the Role

We're looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable individuals who can engage with customers and provide expert advice on our products. If you're passionate about the liquor industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by being approachable, friendly and knowledgeable about our products.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience is an advantage but not essential.
  • Ability to lift moderate to heavy loads (up to 17kg) and stand for long periods.
  • A current RSA certificate is a legal requirement for employment selling liquor in Australia.
