Job Title: Clinical Trial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Global Clinical Operations (GCO) team as a Clinical Trial Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the management and coordination of clinical trials from start to finish.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to life-changing drug development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality clinical trials that meet regulatory requirements and timelines. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of trials, from pre-trial assessments to database locks and close-out activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate clinical trials, including study startup, site monitoring, and data management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with investigative sites, internal stakeholders, and external partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure trial deliverables meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance trial efficiency and quality
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including study metrics and KPIs

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Nursing, or Life Sciences
  • At least 3 years of experience in clinical trial operations, preferably in Oncology/Haematology studies
  • Demonstrated expertise in GCP, local regulations, and company SOPs
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Proficiency in using IT software applications and company systems
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
