Make a Meaningful Impact in Aged Care

We are seeking compassionate and qualified Personal Care Workers to join our dedicated team across our Ballina and Byron Bay facilities.

You will provide high-quality personal care and support to residents, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team under RN supervision.

This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care, comfort, and community to every resident.

Your Role

  • Provide personal care and support to residents with dignity and respect

  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents

  • Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents, staff, and visitors

What We're Looking For

  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care) – essential

  • Previous experience in aged care – preferred

  • Genuine empathy and a commitment to resident dignity and wellbeing

  • Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity

  • Ability to recognise and respond to changes in resident health

  • Current work rights in Australia
