This is an exciting opportunity for those who want to make a difference in the lives of older adults, providing support and companionship.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and assistance with daily tasks.
- Care and help provide independence for individuals, promoting their dignity and well-being.
- You have a kind, caring, and empathetic nature, with a positive approach to client service.
- You are able to use smart phones and handheld devices.
- You are prepared to obtain industry mandated clearances; National Criminal History Check, Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Check (assistance can be provided in obtaining clearances).
- Attractive base pay rates plus shift allowances, overtime, and other relevant allowances.
- Morning, afternoon/evening, and weekend shifts available.
- Flexible and supportive work environment which provides the opportunity to make a real difference to people in the community.
- All required personal protective equipment (PPE) provided to keep you safe.
- Life experience as a carer is desirable but not essential.
- 20-35 hours per week available, flexible and negotiable.
