Key responsibilities include maintaining the company's switchboard, answering and directing incoming calls, and processing and distributing deliveries and mail. Additionally, the successful candidate will oversee office operations, manage kitchen supplies, office inventory, equipment, and utilities, and provide administrative support as needed to various departments.

The successful candidate should have strong customer service skills, be able to work independently, and possess excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and being well-presented and well-groomed are also essential.
