Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Front Desk Coordinator to join our Global Workplace Solutions team in Sydney.

Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our front desk.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Providing superior customer service to client teams.
  2. Conducting a variety of front-of-house activities, including greeting visitors and accepting incoming calls.
  3. Maintaining the workplace area to ensure it remains well-kept and adheres to high safety standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in a reception/front office role in a corporate office environment.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Basic skill in Microsoft Office packages – Word, Excel, Outlook.
