Quality Assurance Manager Role

Hcbg Quality is seeking a skilled professional to lead the implementation of global quality management systems and integrations for internal teams.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and adaptability to technology and various systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cross-functional activities to ensure effective system implementation.
  • Coach and facilitate functional professionals in deploying quality management systems within their areas of responsibility.
  • Coordinate the deployment of quality management systems across divisions, including KCI.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical and medical device industry regulations.
  • 5-8 years' experience in quality management systems within regulated environments.
  • Certified QMS auditor or lead auditor with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in analytical and statistical software.
