Product Design Role

As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering exceptional user experiences. Your work will focus on crafting products that meet and exceed user expectations, setting new standards in the industry.

This position requires an experienced Product Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs based on real user feedback. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and subject matter experts to create innovative UX and UI solutions that inspire teams and customers.

You will own design problems and their solutions from start to finish, ensuring our designs solve customer needs by involving customers in our design process and advocating for users within the business. You will iterate, test, and refine solutions to ensure our end products solve user problems, promote best practices amongst the company, and encourage others to develop confidence in and contribute to the design process.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative UX and UI solutions that inspire teams and customers
  • Own design problems and their solutions from start to finish
  • Ensure our designs solve customer needs
  • Iterate, test, and refine solutions to ensure our end products solve user problems
  • Promote best practices amongst the company
  • Encourage others to develop confidence in and contribute to the design process
Requirements:
  • Degree in design or comparable on-the-job experience
  • 3+ years of design experience
  • Portfolio demonstrating excellence in SaaS product design
  • Experience working in cross-functional product teams using agile methodologies
  • Experience working with or developing design systems and design documentation
