About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to join our team as an IT Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the IT industry, be eager to learn and grow, and possess relevant certifications such as Certification III and IV in Information Technology.

The successful applicant will combine elements of an IT technician, desktop support, and IT consultant into one role. They will be required to work independently effectively, be self-motivated, and use initiative while directly reporting to and collaborating with a senior consultant on tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and fault-find PC hardware and software issues
  • Assemble and set up desktop PCs
  • Support PC/laptop hardware, including builds
  • Support networks and WiFi, including network printers
  • Perform hardware and software deployments
  • Support Microsoft 365/AzureAD/Exchange Online and other systems
