Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 60 residential properties
- Liaise with owners and tenants
- Assist with arranging quotations, repairs, and maintenance for works required
- Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs
- Conduct general and committee meetings as required
- Issue meeting notices and prepare minutes
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in a strata role
- Valid drivers' license
- Outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic personality
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
- Excellent time management skills
